In particular, our Help Desk and project management service includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ongoing assistance for questions regarding Italian immigration law for the management of foreign citizens to be <strong>posted<\/strong> to or <strong>hired<\/strong> in Italy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coordination activities with other <a href=\"https:\/\/toffolettodeluca.it\/\/en\/ius-laboris\/\">Ius Laboris offices<\/a>, if you need assistance for matters concerning the legal and tax regulations of <strong>other countries<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assistance in the <strong>preparation of documents relating to immigration procedures<\/strong> (in order to implement administrative procedures, for example, the issuance of residence permits, visas and authorisations by the relevant offices, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><em>Outbound<\/em> Global Mobility &amp; Expat Management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo can support clients who have to manage the transfer or secondment of an associate <strong>from Italy <\/strong>to another country.
