Toffoletto founded his law firm in Milan, at 20 Via Senato, alongside his partner Ettore Venturini.<br>Employment law was emerging as a key area of focus, and the Firm quickly gained recognition for its rigorous, business-oriented approach.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column col50 is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p blocco100anni\">Pioneering employment law scholarship<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left blocco100anni\">In 1927, Angelo Toffoletto was among the founders of Il Diritto del Lavoro, the first Italian journal dedicated to employment law.<br>A strong commitment to legal research and in-depth analysis soon became a defining trait of the Firm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-right blocco100anni\">Growth and consolidation.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right blocco100anni\">In 1951, Umberto, Angelo\u2019s son, graduated in law with a dissertation on the role of executives\u2014a work that would later be published\u2014and joined the Firm alongside his father.\u2028Young and enterprising, Umberto understood that expanding the project meant joining forces with other professionals. The Firm expanded to include four partners and around ten associates and trainees.<br>In the 1960s, Umberto expanded the Firm&#8217;s employment law services and introduced process innovations. Lawyers began using a six-section notepad to track their tasks and time spent on each assignment\u2014an early example of a paper timesheet.<br>In 1970, Umberto Toffoletto\u2019s first commentary on the Statuto dei Lavoratori (Pirola Publishing) became a key reference for both practitioners and employment law scholars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right blocco100anni\">.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column col50 is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-e8ff9201 gb-headline-text blocco100anniyear\">1975 \u2014 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-not-stacked-on-mobile is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column col50 is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column col40 is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:40%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading blocco100anni\">Innovation through new generations.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blocco100anni\">In 1975, Franco Toffoletto, son of Umberto, joined the Firm, focusing on internal administration and organisation.\u2028He qualified as a lawyer in 1988, gained rights of audience to the Supreme Court in 1992 and introduced greater process efficiency: the Firm became one of the first in Italy to adopt legal technology\u2014most notably with Easylex, the first case management software designed by lawyers themselves.<br>The 1990s marked a period of growth and increasing international competition. The strategic direction was clear: join forces to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"blocco100anni\">.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column col10 is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:10%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group bg2025\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-1ff8c1de gb-headline-text blocco100anniyear\">2000 \u2014 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-not-stacked-on-mobile is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column col10 is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:10%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column col40 is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:40%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-right blocco100anni\">Expansion and technology.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right blocco100anni\">From 2000 onwards, everything began to change. The priority became building a strong network\u2014both in Italy and abroad.\u2028In 2001, Franco Toffoletto was among the founding members of Ius Laboris, now the world\u2019s largest global alliance of employment law firms. The following year, he established AGI, and in 2003, the Firm moved to its new offices in Via Rovello.<br>In 2012, the merger with the firm of Professor Raffaele De Luca Tamajo strengthened the Firm\u2019s presence in Naples and Rome\u2014marking a strategic step towards broader expansion.\u2028In 2015, the Research &amp;
