L&#8217;approccio \u00abdigital\u00bb, uno dei fattori fondamentali nell\u2019applicazione del modello Smart Working, rischia di essere vissuto dalle aziende come un ostacolo poich\u00e9 implica un cambiamento nella cultura aziendale, nello stile di leadership e prima ancora nei comportamenti delle persone e richiede tempo.
