In data 25 marzo 2020 il Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico con apposito decreto \u00e8 intervenuto sul DPCM 22 marzo 2020 (che dispone la sospensione delle attivit\u00e0 produttive industriali e commerciali ad esclusione di quelle indicate nell\u2019allegato 1 e salvo le eccezioni in esso espressamente elencate) modificando l\u2019elenco delle attivit\u00e0 non sospese e i relativi codici ATECO di cui all\u2019allegato 1.<\/p>\n

Inoltre, per le attivit\u00e0 di seguito elencate, sono previste ulteriori prescrizioni:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. le \u201cAttivit\u00e0 delle agenzie di lavoro temporaneo (interinale)\u201d sono consentite nei limiti in cui siano espletate in relazione alle attivit\u00e0 di cui agli allegati 1 e 2 del DPCM 11 marzo 2020 (id est commercio al dettaglio e servizi per la persona quali, ad esempio, supermercati, discount, ferramenta, rifornimento carburante, lavanderie, pompe funebri etc) – e di cui all\u2019allegato 1 del DPCM 22 marzo 2020, come modificato dal decreto ministeriale 25 marzo;\u00a0<\/li>\n
  2. le \u201cAttivit\u00e0 dei call center\u201d sono consentite limitatamente all\u2019attivit\u00e0 di \u201ccall center in entrata che rispondono alle chiamate degli utenti tramite operatori, tramite distribuzione automatica delle chiamate, tramite integrazione computer-telefono, sistemi interattivi di risposta a voce o sistemi simili in grado di ricevere ordini, fornire informazioni sui prodotti, trattare con i clienti per assistenza o reclami\u201d e, comunque, nei limiti in cui siano espletate in relazione alle attivit\u00e0 di cui agli allegati 1 e 2 del DPCM 11 marzo 2020 e di cui all\u2019allegato 1 del DPCM 22 marzo 2020;\u00a0<\/li>\n
  3. le \u201cAttivit\u00e0 e altri servizi di sostegno alle imprese\u201d sono consentite limitatamente alle consegne a domicilio di prodotti.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Infine, si segnala che le imprese le cui attivit\u00e0 sono sospese per effetto di questo secondo decreto completano le attivit\u00e0 necessarie alla sospensione entro il 28 marzo 2020, compresa la spedizione della merce in giacenza.<\/p>\n
