organo di ultimo grado della giustizia sportiva &#8211; istituito presso il CONI &#8211; \u00e8 stato scelto come arbitro di parte dalla FCC Genoa SpA nella procedura di arbitrato contro il provvedimento della Commissione di II Grado delle Licenze Uefa, che lo scorso 18 maggio 2015 aveva negato al Club la licenza Uefa per la prossima stagione a causa di un ritardo nella presentazione della documentazione necessaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 5px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(35, 31, 32); line-height: 25px; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 5px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
