Uno degli aspetti principali che le societ\u00e0 devono considerare in queste occasioni \u00e8 quello legato al diritto del lavoro, soprattutto \u00a0nei casi di successive riorganizzazioni e ristrutturazioni a livello transnazionale che coinvolgono le giurisdizioni dei diversi Paesi.<\/p>\n<p>Durante il workshop, gli esperti di Belgio, Francia, Germania, Gran Bretagna e Italia si sono confrontati sulle normative riguardanti la gestione delle risorse umane, mettendo a confronto la legislazione dei propri Paesi su licenziamenti collettivi e trasferimenti di azienda, con un focus specifico sulle normative che regolamentano le procedure di informazione e consultazione sindacale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Il panorama che ne \u00e8 risultato \u00e8 molto variegato e le problematiche con le quali le aziende si scontrano possono essere molto diverse da Paese a Paese.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abSe esaminiamo, per esempio, uno dei temi tra i pi\u00f9 delicati, cio\u00e8 le procedure di licenziamento collettivo, \u00e8 facile evidenziare come ogni giurisdizione abbia specifiche regolamentazioni che debbono necessariamente coordinarsi con quelle degli altri paesi coinvolti in quanto l\u2019attuazione di una procedura, formalmente corretta in una nazione, pu\u00f2 ripercuotersi negativamente su quella avviata in altro paese.
