{"id":6571,"date":"2023-04-12T07:20:22","date_gmt":"2023-04-12T07:20:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/toffolettodeluca.it\/?p=6571"},"modified":"2023-04-12T10:23:10","modified_gmt":"2023-04-12T10:23:10","slug":"gender-equality-30-april-is-the-new-deadline-to-apply-for-the-social-security-contributions-exemption","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/toffolettodeluca.it\/en\/gender-equality-30-april-is-the-new-deadline-to-apply-for-the-social-security-contributions-exemption\/","title":{"rendered":"Gender equality: 30 April is the new deadline to apply for the social security contributions\u2019 exemption"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In its&nbsp;<strong>message no. 1269 of 3 April 2023<\/strong>, INPS announced the new deadline of 30 April 2023 for employers, who achieved&nbsp;<strong>gender equality certification<\/strong>&nbsp;by&nbsp;<strong>31 December 2022,&nbsp;<\/strong>to apply for the&nbsp;<strong>social security<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>contributions\u2019 exemption<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due, in fact, to the technical difficulties represented by the companies and their intermediaries, the Institute has&nbsp;<strong>extended<\/strong>&nbsp;the deadline (initially set for 15 February), giving employers more time to take advantage of this relief, following the instructions already provided by INPS in December&nbsp;(see our <a href=\"https:\/\/toffolettodeluca.it\/en\/last-call-for-pink-sticker-tax-exemption-in-italy\/\">previous newsflash<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>INPS emphasises that, when filling out applications, the interested parties must indicate the\u00a0<strong>average monthly overall<\/strong> remuneration and not that of the individual workers, referred to the\u00a0<strong>entire period<\/strong>\u00a0of the certification.\u00a0In this regard, companies that have already sent in their application with an incorrect salary may, again by 30 April,\u00a0<strong>correct<\/strong>\u00a0their application (subject to cancellation of the previous one), by sending a new one with the correct amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, the message does not rule out access to this relief also for those who obtained the so-called &#8216;pink sticker&#8217; after&nbsp;<strong>31 December 2022<\/strong>, but this will be covered in subsequent ministerial indications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">For further information: <a href=\"mailto:comunicazione@toffolettodeluca.it\">comunicazione@toffolettodeluca.it<\/a><\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In its&nbsp;message no. 1269 of 3 April 2023, INPS announced the new deadline of 30 April 2023 for employers, who achieved&nbsp;gender equality certification&nbsp;by&nbsp;31 December 2022,&nbsp;to apply for the&nbsp;social security&nbsp;contributions\u2019 exemption.
