{"id":6685,"date":"2023-06-08T08:42:26","date_gmt":"2023-06-08T08:42:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/toffolettodeluca.it\/?p=6685"},"modified":"2023-06-08T08:42:27","modified_gmt":"2023-06-08T08:42:27","slug":"public-contracts-code-bonus-points-only-for-companies-with-equality-certification","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/toffolettodeluca.it\/en\/public-contracts-code-bonus-points-only-for-companies-with-equality-certification\/","title":{"rendered":"Public Contracts Code: bonus points only for companies with Equality Certification\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>With Decree Law no. 57 of 29 May 2023, the Government has made the first corrections to the new <strong>Public Contracts Code<\/strong> regarding <strong>bonus criteria<\/strong> and <strong>gender equality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The previous text ruled that in the <strong>calls for tenders<\/strong>, <strong>notices<\/strong> and <strong>invitations,<\/strong> contracting stations should award a <strong>higher<\/strong> <strong>score<\/strong> to companies that certified, <strong>also through a self-certification<\/strong>, that they had the necessary requirements to obtain the Equality Certification. It was then up to the contracting station to verify the <strong>soundness<\/strong> of the successful tenderer\u2019s self-certification by any means (see our article &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/toffolettodeluca.it\/en\/public-contracts-bonus-points-for-companies-that-ensure-gender-equality\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Public Contracts: bonus points for companies that ensure gender equality<\/a>&#8221; of 08.05.2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whereas now, the awarding of the bonus scores in question is <strong>expressly conditional on the proven possession<\/strong> of Gender Equality Certification by the employers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the new Public Contracts Code has been in force since 1 April 2023 but it will become applicable on 1 July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Firm is at your disposal to provide you with the assistance necessary for assessing what measures should be taken to obtain Gender Equality Certification, the <strong>implementation<\/strong> of measures to reduce the gender gap and, in general, to promote a <strong>corporate culture<\/strong> based on a fair and non-discriminatory approach, also required for meeting <strong>ESG<\/strong> parameters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Per maggiori informazioni: <a href=\"mailto:comunicazione@toffolettodeluca.it\">comunicazione@toffolettodeluca.it<\/a><\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With Decree Law no. 57 of 29 May 2023, the Government has made the first corrections to the new Public Contracts Code regarding bonus criteria and gender equality.
