{"id":7475,"date":"2024-04-15T09:42:30","date_gmt":"2024-04-15T09:42:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/toffolettodeluca.it\/?p=7475"},"modified":"2024-04-15T09:42:31","modified_gmt":"2024-04-15T09:42:31","slug":"gender-equality-pay-attention-to-the-deadlines-for-the-biennial-report-and-social-security-contributions-exemption","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/toffolettodeluca.it\/en\/gender-equality-pay-attention-to-the-deadlines-for-the-biennial-report-and-social-security-contributions-exemption\/","title":{"rendered":"Gender equality: pay attention to the deadlines for the biennial report and social security contributions\u2019 exemption"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>With a notice published on its website on 10 April, the <strong>Ministry of Labour<\/strong> announced that the deadline for submitting the <strong>2022-2023 Biennial Report<\/strong> has been postponed from 30 April to <strong>15 July 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We remind you that, pursuant to Article 46 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 198\/2006, companies with more than <strong>50 employees<\/strong> must draw up a <strong>report on the situation of male and female employees<\/strong> every two years and send it to the Ministry of Labour, the Works Councils, the Regional Equality Councillor and the President of the Council of Ministers Department of Equal Opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Report must be compiled exclusively <strong>online<\/strong>, filling in the <strong>form<\/strong> published on the Ministry portal, accessible here <a href=\"https:\/\/servizi.lavoro.gov.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/servizi.lavoro.gov.it<\/a>. In order to <strong>simplify<\/strong> this procedure, the relevant app is currently under revision and the portal will be accessible <strong>again<\/strong> from <strong>3 June 2024<\/strong>. \u00a0The compilation methods detailed in the Interministerial Decree of 29 March 2022 are confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Failure<\/strong> to compile, <strong>erroneous<\/strong> or <strong>incomplete<\/strong> compilation of the Report will entail specific administrative fines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The notice specifies that companies wishing to participate in <strong>public procedures<\/strong> that require submission of the biennial report <strong>may<\/strong> produce a <strong>copy<\/strong> of the one already submitted for the two-year period <strong>2020\/2021<\/strong>, <strong>integrating<\/strong> the documentation with the 2022\/2023 report, again by <strong>15 July<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whereas <strong>30 April 2024<\/strong> is still the deadline to apply for exemption from social security contributions (1% of the employer&#8217;s social security contribution, up to a maximum of \u20ac50,000 a year), reserved for companies that, by <strong>31 December 2023<\/strong>, have obtained gender equality certification.
