Founded in 1925 in Milan by Angelo Toffoletto and expanded by his son Umberto between 1950 and 1995, the Firm has navigated a century of change, broadening its scope of activities and territorial presence. In 2024, Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo recorded a 7% increase in turnover compared to the previous year, exceeding 32 million euros. Back in 2001, Franco Toffoletto was one of the founding members of Ius Laboris, the global alliance that brings together more than 1,500 employment law experts in over 50 countries. In Italy, a key step in the Firm\u2019s network expansion came in 2012, with the merger with the firm of Professor Raffaele De Luca Tamajo \u2013 founded by his father Domenico in 1948 in Naples \u2013 initiating a strategy of acquiring other firms and opening new offices across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
