Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo, law firm specialising in employment law and HR advisory for businesses, which in 2025 celebrates its centenary, continues its strategic development plan by strengthening its Bari office with the arrival of lawyer Manuela Samantha Misceo as senior associate.
This further consolidates the Firm’s presence in Apulia, in line with the goal of offering companies in the region an increasingly structured, authoritative and tailored point of reference in employment law and human resources management.
Manuela Samantha qualified in 2002 and has been granted rights of audience with the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione). She has built a solid track record in advisory and assistance, both in and out of court, in employment, industrial relations, social security and education law. She has also handled complex corporate crisis management, reorganisations, industrial relations and litigation in strategic sectors such as tourism, healthcare, transport and public administration.

Alongside her legal practice, Samantha Manuela is also extensively involved in academic and training activities: she is adjunct lecturer in the second-level Master’s programme in “Reorganisation & Lean Management in Public Administration and Healthcare” at LUM University in Bari, and plays an active role in various employment law associations and institutions, including the Bari Employment Lawyers’ Association – of which she is a founding member – the Employment Law Commission of the Bari Bar Association, and the Regional Committee for Monitoring Apulia’s Economic and Production System and Crisis Areas.
