Experience in employment law
The merger of Toffoletto e Soci and the Law Firm of Prof. Lawyer Raffaele De Luca Tamajo into Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo, which took place in 2012, allowed the Firm to expand its territorial presence by opening, for the first time, an office in Rome.
Lawyer Federica Paternò is the Director of the Firm’s Rome office. She has extensive knowledge of local large public and private businesses, and has many years of experience in employment law, labour law & industrial relations, litigation and arbitration.
In 2017 Lawyer Maristella Coccìa joined the Rome office as Senior Associate, thus bringing to the team her deep experience in employment law, honed both in the capacity of legal professional and in her previous managerial roles. The Firm has thus enhanced its support services to companies operating in the insurance sector, in order to provide the expertise required for the management and resolution of in- and out-of-court disputes, including the definition and implementation of regulatory issues and supplementary social welfare measures.
In 2018 Lawyer Francesco Bartolotta and Lawyer Maria Carmela Lampariello also joined the Rome office team, as a result of their partnership, for over 10 years, with important law firms specialised in employment law and industrial relations.
