- University grade
- Completed thesis
- Language proficiency based on CEFR levels
- Any international experiences
The following qualifications are considered advantageous for the selection process:
- University grade not lower than 100
- Completion of a thesis in labor law or civil law
- Proficiency in English language at a minimum C1 level, and preferably a second language.
