The R&D Department
Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo has a dedicated Research & Development (R&D) Department that oversees the work of the Firm’s 12 offices and:
- identifies and selects the most relevant legal developments in the field of employment law;
- manages knowledge sharing through specially developed IT tools available to all the Firm’s professionals;
- ensures the ongoing professional training of lawyers and trainees through dedicated training sessions;
- coordinates the Firm’s editorial projects and client-focused initiatives.
