Members of the Ius Laboris Restructuring International Practice Group (IPG) will be on hand to give you their key tips for managing a transnational restructuring in Europe. The panel will feature leading employment lawyers from Belgium, France, Germany, Italy and the UK. We will be covering topics such as restructuring, collective redundancies, TUPE and trade union information and consultation obligations. Audience contributions will be encouraged in order to create discussion between speakers and participants.
This is a free English-language workshop, which will be followed by a networking aperitivo.
