Publications and Lecturing
Davide is a speaker at seminars on employment law for the Firm’s clients. He is an author of publications and contributes to the annual update of the Labour Code published in Guida al Lavoro – Codice del Lavoro. Additionally, he writes case notes on Supreme Court rulings for Guida al Lavoro, which is also part of Il Sole 24 Ore.
As part of the international alliance Ius Laboris, Davide is a member of the Expert Group on Investigations.
