Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo continues to grow with the opening of a new office in Venice from 1st July 2022, which will see Andrea Bortoluzzi, join the firm as a Partner, together with his team.
The Firm now has offices in 11 cities – Milan, Naples, Rome, Bergamo, Brescia, Bologna, Genoa, Varese, Bari, Turin and Venice – and 29 partners, as well as being the exclusive Italian member of the international alliance Ius Laboris™, present in 59 countries around the world.
“Opening in Venice has meant going back to our roots. It was from Venice that my grandfather Angelo went on to found the firm in Milan in 1925 to mainly practise employment law.” – commented Franco Toffoletto, Managing Partner of Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo. In 1950 my father also began to work in the firm and, later on in 1975, so did I. This is why we return to Venezia with such emotion, after having selected lawyers with a consolidated experience and a profound knowledge of the region”.
Following Bologna, Genoa, Brescia, Varese, Bari and Turin, with this new office the Firm has continued with its plans for national expansion, strengthening its presence in the Triveneto region, where it already assists various companies. “We believe that HR management is important for all businesses” – continues Franco Toffoletto – “the Firm’s goal, which is shared with Andrea Bortoluzzi and his team, is to offer companies comprehensive advice in all areas of HR, so that this service will no longer be considered a cost but will be seen as key to the company’s growth”.
Andrea Bortoluzzi has more than 20 years’ experience in advising companies in all aspects of employment law, and has a profound knowledge of the industrial history of the Veneto region, especially with regard to Venice and Treviso. Joining the Firm with him will be his team: Marta Molesini e Laura Vascon (Senior Associate), Martina Carraro, Davide Tardivo e Maria Laura Picunio (Associate).
