Donatella Cungi joins the BoD of the Turnaround Management Association

L’Avvocato Donatella Cungi, Partner di Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci, è stata nominata membro del Board nel Chapter italiano di Turnaround Management Association, organizzazione mondiale no profit che favorisce il networking tra esperti nella ristrutturazione di impresa e nel Turnaround.

 

TMA riunisce più di 10.000 professionisti operanti nel settore Turnaround tra avvocati, consulenti di direzione, interim managers, investitori, rappresentanti di professioni contabili e di altre discipline, promuovendo opportunità di confronto per migliorare le metodologie di lavoro e la formazione professionale, creare sinergie fra gli associati e diffondere la best practice.
