Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci partecipa all’incontro annuale organizzato da Ius Laboris su richiesta del gruppo EMEA Employment Lawyers, un gruppo indipendente di legal counsels con responsabilità EMEA delle maggiori corporations nel mondo IT. Ius Laboris è la più grande alleanza mondiale di specialisti in diritto del lavoro e delle risorse umane che Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci ha contribuito a fondare nel 2001.

 

Il seminario, che si terrà il 29 giugno a Bruxelles, strutturato sull’analisi di casi concreti, affronta alcuni aspetti peculiari delle normative dei diversi Paesi europei con particolare attenzione alle problematiche che si pongono per i datori di lavoro nel settore della tecnologia.

L’Avvocato Valeria Morosini, Partner di Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci, porterà la peculiare prospettiva italiana nell’affrontare le tematiche di cui sopra ed illustrerà anche le novità introdotte con il Jobs Act.
