The firm receives award in the Customer Orientation category for a marketing & business intelligence project
Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo was selected as a “Professionista Digitale 2022” by the Osservatorio Professionisti e Innovazione Digitale of Politecnico University of Milan, which every year presents awards to firms that have distinguished themselves for the innovative nature of their organisation or business through the use of digital tecnologie. This year, the firm – already recognised as an innovator in the past years – distinguished itself in the “Customer Orientation” category with a marketing and business intelligence project.
“Knowing how to best interpret the needs of our clients permits us to offer an integrated advisory service and products that effectively satisfy them” – explained Mirko Galante, Head of BD & Marketing at Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo. – “This was our starting point. We analysed the information saved on our database in the last ten years and integrated them with more qualitative company information, such as that regarding the number of employees, industry, and any collective bargaining agreements applied. Interpreting all of this data, through a business intelligence software, has allowed us to design customised services and to be a proactive partner for our clients.”
In fact, according to Osservatorio PoliMi, the project has enabled the firm to transform all accounting data collected by the firm over the years into marketing and commercial information so that any innovations and developments made are guided by the interests and the needs of the firm’s clients.
